About

Cherokee Nation Artists

This is the central online hub for the Cherokee art community, offering news, information on upcoming classes, and access to artist resources and support. These efforts aim to strengthen the community by preserving the skills, knowledge and livelihoods that support the continuation of Cherokee art and the culture and traditions inseparable from it.

The Artist Recovery Act, created during the COVID-19 pandemic to protect Cherokee artists, continues to support the community through this site, as well as through educational opportunities and resources available to Cherokee artists.
